Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using creo·ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The Service

creo·ai is a research tool that helps users discover social media influencers ("KOLs") on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The Service searches publicly available platform data on your behalf and returns ranked profiles together with publicly available information.

The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee that any specific KOL match, follower count, or engagement metric is current or accurate. Public KOL data changes frequently and may be incomplete or outdated by the time you act on it.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and credentials secure.
  • One person, one account. Sharing or reselling accounts is not permitted.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Payments & Refunds

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Each search consumes credits based on the work performed on your behalf. Your remaining balance is shown in the app.

  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • Started searches are non-refundable. Once a search begins, the work is committed even if the user closes the browser or the search returns fewer matches than expected.
  • We may change prices at any time. Existing credit balances will be honored at the price they were purchased at, where reasonable.

5. How the Service works

creo·ai performs natural searches across publicly available social media data — the same hashtag pages, search results, and public profile pages any visitor can browse. We do not bypass login walls, access private accounts, or read content that isn't already public. AI helps rank and summarize what's already on the open web; the underlying data sources are the platforms themselves.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, dox, or harm any KOL or individual.
  • Resell raw KOL data, or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, balance enforcement, or authentication.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the platforms whose public data is referenced.
  • Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

7. Data & Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to that policy.

8. Disclaimers

KOL data is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any specific KOL is suitable for your campaign, will respond to outreach, or accurately represents themselves on their public profiles.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, creo·ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the credit balance in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Stats page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, disclaimers, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law
